½ red onion, chopped

2 tablespoons cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds dry (optional, but always nice ! )
2 tablespoons cream of coconut (optional but delicious)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with pasta before !

Make a delicious vegan tofu pasta salad is so simple.
Start with a vegan pasta. Prefer wheat taco as curly , but you can make this dish with almost any vegan pasta noodles you like.

1 . Boil vegan pasta according to package directions . Make sure to use enough water and stir the dough from time to time as it boils .

2 . When the vegan pasta is boiled for a long time , drain water with a colander in the sink.
